Whole Lamb Share reservations open Saturday, August 22nd at 8:00 am CST.
Our whole lamb shares are priced at $10/lb hanging weight plus processing. The $145 deposit reserves your animal and covers the full cost of processing at the locker. Hanging weight varies per animal - please indicate your preferred weight range of minimally processed cuts when placing your reservation. The final hanging weight of your lamb could fall marginally outside the range you selected by a few pounds based on availability. Lamb shares will be matched with reservations in the order in which they were received, so reserving your share early is the best way to get as close to your preferred size of lamb as possible.
Example: You choose to purchase a whole lamb share in the 40-50 lb range and pay the $145 deposit now. Your lamb's hanging weight is 45 lbs and your total remaining payment due at pick-up is $450.00 (45lb x $10).

Ground lamb is not included in a Whole Lamb Share but is available as an add-on for $14/lb. This discounted price for ground lamb is only available to Whole Lamb Share customers.
Whole Lamb Shares will be ready for pick-up at the Rhubarb Botanicals Farm Store on Saturday, November 21st from 10am-2pm. Please contact jeremy@lambsquarterlivestock.com if you need to arrange an alternative pick up date.
